The temporal sorting is one method, but often gives false deadlines and a lack of context. It’s also a good idea to try using a priority filter or other examinations of your Options column.

ToDo lists also don’t give insight into what you’ve done. The value of the Personal Kanban board is actually more on the back-end. What did you do? What did you learn? How will you improve?
